Using the on-line system is simple. Wherever you see the For customers in the UK, all RH Designs products are available direct from us by mail order. PermaJet products are normally despatched within 2 working days direct from PermaJet’s warehouse. We aim to despatch RH products within five working days of ordering. Please read the note below. We are pleased to accept prepaid orders by post, and credit card orders by post, telephone, fax, or e-mail. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Switch/UK Maestro, Delta and JCB (but not American Express - sorry). We also welcome payment by sterling cheque (drawn on a UK bank) or Eurocheque. If paying by credit card we suggest you do NOT send your card number or other personal details by e-mail; use our on-line ordering system instead which is secure. For your convenience, print out and fax or mail this Order Form. Overseas orders are welcome, but if you are not paying by credit card please ensure your cheque is in sterling and drawn on a UK bank. For other payment methods such as bank transfer or PayPal, please enquire. Prices and warrantyAll prices are in UK pounds sterling. For international exchange rates, you can use a currency converter. Faulty products will be replaced free of charge on receipt of the faulty goods by us. We offer a fourteen day money-back guarantee of satisfaction - if you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it in perfect condition for a full refund, (less a nominal amount for carriage). Please note that opened software and media products cannot be returned unless faulty. VAT, Customs etcCustomers in the UK and the EU must pay UK VAT at the rate prevailing at the time of order (currently 17.5%). We can supply EU customers free of VAT if a valid VAT number is supplied at the time of order (the number will be checked!). Customers outside the EU do not have to pay VAT. Our price lists show prices inclusive and exclusive of VAT where applicable. Customs import duty (which may be payable on import to non-EU countries) varies from country to country and we cannot advise on rates. Preferential rates apply to certain countries importing goods of EU origin and our invoice will carry the relevant declaration where applicable. ShippingWe normally use Royal Mail services for quick and efficient delivery. For larger orders we may split the package into two or more items - this keeps individual packages under 2.0 Kg enabling us to use Special Delivery (UK) and Small Packet Air Mail (overseas) services which are faster and cheaper than parcels services. Small items such as CD-ROMs are shipped free of charge. PermaJet products are shipped direct from PermaJet by Royal Mail or overnight carrier. In the UK, shipping cost for PermaJet orders is £4.95 per shipment except for the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland which attract a shipping charge of £9.95. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you live outside these areas. For overseas PermaJet orders shipping is charged at cost, and the shopping cart will give you an estimate. UK orders of £100.00 and over are shipped free of charge. Please note that the on-line system may not always calculate shipping costs accurately due to the complexity of the service providers’ pricing structures; normally it will err on the heavy side but we try to charge shipping at cost so the price you pay may sometimes be less than indicated. Unfortunately it may also (rarely, we hope!) be more, in which case we will advise you.
