Insights from a conversation with Chris Fordy at ActionCOACH York & Leeds

I recently had the pleasure of engaging in a deep and insightful conversation with Chris Fordy, a seasoned business coach with over 15 years of experience at ActionCOACH York & Leeds. Founded in 2014, RH Digital has been dedicated in assisting startups and tech companies in designing innovative solutions, bringing apps, websites, and SaaS products to life and solving UX challenges to drive increased ROI.

The Genesis of RH Digital Ltd

Reflecting on the early days, I recall the challenges of starting out and the feelings of uncertainty about where my ideas may end up.

Creativity has always been within me from an early age, which has led to me to be a passionate advocate for user-centred design. I founded RH Digital with a clear mission in mind – to empower SaaS founders and Tech startups with the design expertise they need to drive innovation and succeed in the dynamic world of technology.

Through client conversations, I help develop a structured thought process for their products, simplifying what may initially seem complex. This enables them to create a focused and intuitive user journey for their app, website or SaaS product.

Overcoming challenges and celebrating successes

Sharing my thoughts with Chris allowed me to revisit the hurdles faced along the way, from dealing with challenging products to navigating collaborations with inexperienced suppliers. These experiences, though daunting at times, have been instrumental in refining my processes and reinforcing the importance of resilience and adaptability.

Celebrating successes, no matter how small, has been a cornerstone of my journey. Each milestone achieved is a testament to my dedication and it serves as motivation to continue striving for excellence.
